We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, Epickeys™ does not guarantee that all product images perfectly match the final delivered product.

Orders & payment

• Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payment must be completed before order processing. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, International bank transfer, Google/Apple pay and other secure payment gateways.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other issues, by accepting these terms, you agree to comply fully.

Seamless delivery for your digital content

• We deliver worldwide via e-mail. Orders are typically fulfilled the same day, and for listings marked ‘Instant Delivery’, you’ll receive your software within seconds directly to your account e-mail.
• Please note that the license code you purchased is unique and can only be used once, unless specified as a multi-device license. If you lose it or share it with others, we won’t be able to replace or recover it.

Returns & refunds

• If you experience any issues with your license key (e.g., it’s invalid or not working), please contact us within 2 calendar days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear evidence such as a screenshot, video, or a brief description of the problem.
• Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a replacement key or a full refund based on your preference, within a maximum of 5 days. We’re here to help, but please note that claims made after the 2 day window may not be eligible for resolution.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Refunds or cancellations for digital products

All products sold on epickeys.eu are digital goods (such as software keys, licences, downloads, or other electronic content). Once a code or key is delivered or revealed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian law (OUG 34/2014, Art. 16(m)), the usual 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium once delivery has started with your prior consent and acknowledgment that you lose that right.

By completing your purchase, you:

• consent to immediate or same-day digital delivery, and
• acknowledge that you waive your right to withdraw or request a refund once the code is sent or displayed.

Digital codes are unique and non-resellable once viewed or used, they cannot be taken back. This policy does not affect your legal rights if a code is defective or not delivered, such cases remain eligible for re-supply or refund under EU law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Empendo Distribution SRL, its affiliates, employees, and suppliers harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our website or violation of these terms.

Dispute resolution & governing law

• These Terms and Conditions, are fully governed by the laws of Romania.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiations first. If unresolved they will be subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian law courts.
• We encourage customers to contact our support team before taking legal action.

Force majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supplier failures, or regulatory changes.
